When it came to designing the UI, my focus was on two things. 1. How to make mobile personal banking a easy and intuitive experience?
2. How to inform the users with necessary information without overwhelming them?
Analyzing the current mobile banking application that I use, I realized that most of them were either too complex in UI design, or either too simple without necessary features that defines modern banking.
My goal was to strike the balance between simplicity and intuitiveness and the realiability. Also, I wanted to make sure that sending and receiving money from your peers and friends are easy and fun.
Design Processes
You can diretly send a person money in the message tab by clicking on the payment icon.
You can see the status through the outline on user profile. If someone owes you or you owe someone, the outline will appear red. Otherwise, it will appear green.
You can use Face ID, fingerprint, or passcode.
Inside spendings, you can view you daily spending, but monthly view is also available.
Bubble view allows you to see the status in one glance.
By tapping the button on the upper right corner, you can see the spendings from previous days by scrolling through the carousel view.
